  1. With district and staff involvement, create a 3-year professional learning plan
  2. Participate in intenst professional learning
    – Complete DiSC Work of Leaders
    – Attend professional learning with teachers
    – Research and implement best/evidenced-based practices
  3. Build increased capacity and time for purposeful student and staff learning
    – Establish effective extension of day/year
    – Embed time for weekly/daily teacher collaboration

Teacher Leaders

  1. Participate in intense professional learning
  2. Complete DiSC Management
    – Participate in coaches/facilitator training and other specified professional learning
    – Research and implement best/evidence-based practices
  3. Facilitate increased time for student and staff learning
    – Utilize extended day/year
    – Collaborate with colleagues weekly/daily
    – Participate in demonstration teaching/coaching

All Teachers

  1. Participate in quality, intense professional learning
    – Complete DiSC Workplace
    – Attend all specified professinal learning
    – Research and implement best/evidenced-based practices
  2. Maximize incrased time for student and staff learning
    – Utilize extended day/year
    – Collaborate with colleagues weekly/daily
